More than 60 installations in threes and poles, including "free fall" from 12 meters and spectacular cross-river zip lines of more than 250 meters each. Many trails of varying levels. Mini trails for the little ones, extreme trails for the brave, and of course a great selection of happy medium options. This is a chance for the entire family to have a great time together!

In Høyt og Lavt climbing park there are challenges for everybody. From minicourses for the youngest, to higher courses that gives a little more adreanalin kick. In our park the whole family can do something fun together!


Minimum height 110 cm. Those between 110-140 cm can climb in two of our courses.


NEW EXPANSIONS IN 2016:

RIVERDANCE - 2 NEW CROSS_RIVER ZIPLINES

2 new zip lines flying 250 and 270 meters across the Hallingdal River.! Riverdance Zip-line is normally open from 13-15.00 in the climbing park season.


In 2016 we also opened a new trail with 11 challenging obstacles, amongst others a giant" spiders nest".


We have six trails/courses in total in the Høyt&Lavt climbingpark:

Bukkespranget / The Bucks Leap:
The person must be minimum 140 cm tall.
Difficulty level: Pretty Hard

Length: 370 meters with 13 obstacles. Children under the age of 12 must be with an adult in the opstacles.


Steinskvetten / The Stone Shocker:

The person must be minimum 140 cm tall. Difficultylevel: Medium hard

Length 420 meter. Longest ZIP line at 100 meters. Children under the age of 12 must be with an adult in the obstacles.


Fossekallen / Dipper:
The person must be minimum 110 cm tall. Difficultylevel: Easy

Lenght 290 meters with 13 obstacles. Children under the age of 12 must be with an adult in the obstacles. 1 adult recommended per 4 children.



Veslefrikk / Littlefrikk

(norwegian adventure name):
The person must be minimum 110 cm tall. Difficultylevel: Easy

Length: 270 meters with 14 obstacles. Children under the age of 12 must be with an adult. 1 adult recommended per 4 children.


Sidespranget / the Escapade

New Family trail in 2016 with 11 new obstacles. Big spiders nest and challenging climbing boards.

The person must be minimum 110 cm tall. Difficultylevel: Medium - hard

Children under the age of 12 must be with an adult. 1 adult recommended per 4 children.

Dive into thin air from 12 meters height - Take a guess, do you think your stomach will feel it? With the patended Quick jump-line you'll be completely safe.

Children under the age of 12 must be with an adult. 1 adult recommended per 4 children.


We can not give unaccompanied children access to the "high courses" in the park.


DECLARATION
All persons wanting to climb in the park must complete and submit the declaration. It is recommended that this be done online before you arrive - it saves you time. We have backups for those who must do so on arrival. The declaration applies to all season - if we have delivered over the web. For group visits e.g companies, a responsible person may declare on behalf of the entire group.

OPENS FOR 2017 SEASON 29. april

Closed for the winter until then, however we may open especially on request exclusively for groups. We offer taylor made arrangements for all kind of groups. Ask for an exclusive offer.


Opening hours summer season:

Every day from Saturday 17th of June until Sunday søndag 20th of August 10.30-18.00

Mandatory instructions are given every half hour. Last instruction of the day at 16.00.

Entrance ladders are removed 30 minutes before closing time.




Clothing recommendations

We recommend exercise clothes or light clothing suitable for hiking and climbing. One is kept warm by all the activity, so dress with a possibility for relief in the outfit. It may be beneficial to have a bag with extra clothes. Sneakers or hiking shoes with good tread is preferrable. There is no problem to climb during rain - we advice you to have a little light rain gear in the backpack.


You will get instructions before entering

All visitors to the climbing park must conduct a mandatory safety course given by our instructors. The course must be conducted at least once per season. On days with heavy demand, some waiting for the safety instructions
must unfortunately be expected. Please follow the instructors messages carefully to minimize the wait.

What if the weather turns bad?
The park is open regardless of the weather during the season. When thunder and / or high winds, parts of the park may temporarely close until the weather eases. Bad weather does not entitle to a refund of ticket money.



Serving

In our Snack bar you will find a selection of cold and hot dishes. You can also buy ice cream, drinks and various snacks. You are allowed to enjoy your own food and drinks outside where there are benches. We also sell souvenirs such as headbands, gloves, t-shirts and drink bottles.
